PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation system 1 for making it possible to prevent a user from lacking recognition of secret information and to manage the secret information in a unified manner.SOLUTION: A multi function peripheral 100 comprises secret mode determination means 403 which determines whether or not a secret mode has been set to image formation in performing the image formation on the basis of image data and transmits the image data to a server 301a when a result of the determination shows that the secret mode is set. The server 301a comprises: secret information determination means 404 which receives the image data and determines whether or not secret information previously registered in a predetermined memory of the server is present in character information in the image data; and secret information processing means 405 which performs secret processing on the character information being present and transmits the secret-processed image data to an image formation device, when a result of the determination shows that the secret information is present in the character information.
