The present invention relates to a color-patterning mold manufacturing method and a color-patterning mold manufactured by using the same and, more especially, to a technology capable of simply manufacturing the color-patterning mold naturally coloring the surface of concrete and expressing the impression of natural stone similar to the real without a separate painting process by using the color-patterning mold. An existing color-patterning mold manufacturing method is performed completely by a labor force, thereby having demerits of a decrease in productivity, an increase in a product price due to the decreased productivity, deterioration due to an unevenly coated bond, and an extremely bad effect to the health of a worker due to the smell of a bond when bonding. The present invention is a solution to solve the above problems. In a process that a mold body passes through a bonding booth by being transferred by a mold conveyor when the mold body is placed on the leading end of the mold conveyor, the present invention is characterized by manufacturing the color-pattering mold with the method capable of automatizing a process from a step in which the mold body is escaped from the bonding booth after automatically coating a bond on the mold body to be even using a bonding robot to a step in which the mold body reaches the longitudinal end of the mold conveyor and coating coloring agents having various colors on the bond-coated surface after separating the mold body reaching the longitudinal end of the mold conveyor. |
