The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a silver powder, and to a solar cell manufactured using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method to manufacture a silver powder comprising a step of inputting an aqueous solution of nitric acid to enable concentration of acidic reduction solution where a dispersant having at least one carboxyl group to be within 5-100 g/L with respect to a total solution. The present invention relates to the silver powder manufactured by the same capable of improving an efficiency of the solar cell, and to the solar cell manufactured using the same.
