摘要 本发明旨在提供反复压缩残留应变小、反复压缩后的硬度保持率大之反复压缩耐久性优异的网状构造物。网状构造物系使由热塑性弹性树脂所组成之纤维度100dtex以上、60000dtex以下的连续线状体弯曲形成不规则圈环,并使各个圈环相互以熔融状态接触而成之三维不规则圈环接合构造物,外观密度为0.005g/cm 3 ~0.20g/cm 3 ,50%固定变位反复压缩残留应变为15%以下,50%固定变位反复压缩后的50%压缩时硬度保持率为85%以上,该热塑性弹性树脂为选自由聚烯烃系热塑性弹性体、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚胺基甲酸酯系热塑性弹性体及聚醯胺系热塑性弹性体所成群组的至少1种。;The reticular structure with an appearance density of 0.005g/cm 3 - 0.20g/cm 3 , 50% fixed displacement repeated-compression residual strain being not larger than 15%, and 50% compression hardness retention rate after 50% fixed displacement repeated- compression being not less than 85%, is a three dimension random loops joined structure that wound a successive linear body comprised of thermoplastic elastomer resin with fiber fineness not less than 100dtex and not larger than 60000dtex to form random loops, and the respective loop was in contact with each other in melting state, the thermoplastic elastomer resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer, polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer and polyamide thermoplastic elastomer.
