The present invention relates to a short preventing cover for charging and discharging of a cylindrical secondary battery which includes a cover body and at least one cap exposing part which passes through the cover body and exposes a cap comprising a first electrode part of the cylindrical secondary battery. Accordingly, a short circuit between a charging/discharging member and the cylindrical secondary battery is prevented in charging and discharging processes. |
