<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas purification device superior in workability in assembling the exhaust gas purification device without causing positional deviation of a heat insulating material in the exhaust gas purification device.SOLUTION: In an exhaust gas purification device 300 including an exhaust gas treatment body 120, a cylindrical casing 130 having a first end portion at an exhaust gas inflow side and a second end portion at an exhaust gas outflow side, and accommodating the exhaust gas treatment body, a cylindrical first cone member 140 disposed at a first end portion side of the casing 130, a cylindrical second cone member 150 disposed at a second end portion side, and a holding seal material 10 composed of a mat including inorganic fiber, and disposed between the exhaust gas treatment body 120 and the casing 130, the holding seal material 10 includes a holding portion 20 wound around the exhaust gas treatment body 120, and a first cone heat insulating portion 30 covering at least a part of an inner peripheral face of the first cone member 140, and side faces of the holding portion 20 and the first cone heat insulating portion 30 are at least partially continued and connected.</p> |
