The present invention relates to an eco-friendly recreation room mat which is configured that an outer cover (20) made of a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fabric entirely encloses an inner filling material (10) made of a polyethylene (PE) molded foam article. The inner filling material (10) comprises: an upper impact absorbing sheet (11) that is formed of a polyethylene molded foam article having a polyethylene foaming magnification of 40 to 50 times; an intermediate buffer sheet (12) that is formed of a heat-fused polyethylene molded foam article having a polyethylene foaming magnification of 25 to 35 times on the lower surface of the upper impact absorbing sheet (11); and a lower impact absorbing sheet (13) that is formed of a heat-fused polyethylene molded foam article having a polyethylene foaming magnification of 40 to 50 times on the lower surface of the intermediate buffer sheet (12).
