<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize holding pressure corresponding to a paper thickness of an inner core and a liner or a paper thickness of the inner core, between a processing roll and a fluted roll, and apply the holding pressure to the inner core and the liner, or to the inner core.SOLUTION: A single facer 1 includes: a swing frame 40 which supports a press roll 44 such that a gap between a fluted roll 23 and the press roll 44 is changed; an adjustment screw 221 which is abuttable against a contact member 212 linked to the swing frame; an encoder EC21 which detects vibration of the press roll while double fluted rolls 23 and 24 form an inner core 10 like a wave; and a control unit 353 which controls drive of a motor 220 that displaces the adjustment screw. The control unit executes first control processing for driving the motor until a magnitude of the vibration is reduced to a prescribed value.</p> |
