PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive laminate having a hard coat layer which has high visibility and good hardness as well as stretchability and exhibits extremely high adhesive force with a transparent polymer substrate.SOLUTION: There is provided a conductive laminate which is obtained by laminating a hard coat layer 3 and a conductive layer 7 on at least one surface of a polycarbonate substrate 1, where the hard coat layer is formed of a hard coating composition which comprises: (A) a phenol Novolac-type acrylate having two or more acrylate groups; (B) a bisphenol skeleton-containing diacrylate having 2 to 4 mol of an alkylene oxide structure having two or three carbon atoms in the molecule; (C) a polyfunctional acrylate having three or more acrylate groups; and (D) a polyfunctional urethane acrylate having three or more acrylate groups, and each of the blending amounts is limited.
