The heads have at least one cleaning element projecting outwards from the heads. At least one dispenser is included, separate from the oral care implements. The dispenser contains an amount of the oral care material. At least one package has a first chamber shaped to contain the plurality of oral care implements and a second chamber shaped to contain the dispenser.
