PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively solve a complaint telling that the identification of an article is incorrect.SOLUTION: The store system includes: a digital camera for imaging an article; an identification computer for identifying an article by applying image identification to an image from the digital camera; a POS terminal that performs accounting of the article identified by the identification computer and issues a receipt; a display; and a memory for storing the image from the digital camera for the article whose receipt is issued so that the image can be searched for using the data of the receipt as a key. |
