<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack device that can be applied to a relatively small storage warehouse, requires no power for driving, has a complete first-in first-out function, and is easily maintained. <P>SOLUTION: The rack device 20 is installed in the storage warehouse 10. The rack device 20 includes an upper rack 30 having a loading table 31 and an upward tilt roller conveyor 32 that tilts upward toward the front side, a lower rack 40 having an unloading table 41 and a downward tilt roller conveyor 42 that tilts upward toward the rear side, a lifter 50 that has a second counterweight device 53 and moves a stored article P from the upper rack 30 to the lower rack 40.
