PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a cooling system and a configuration related to heating air-conditioning of a vehicle with each other to make the heating air-conditioning more efficient.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner 10 includes: a radiator 44 used for cooling vehicle side heat generating equipment 14; a heater core 30 for exchanging heat between air sent into a cabin and a coolant; and a coolant flow passage 46 in which the coolant circulating between the heater core 30 and the radiator 44 flows. The vehicular air conditioner 10 further includes a hot water heater 50 that is integrated with an air-conditioning power element comprising a highly heat resistant semiconductor device and heats the coolant flowing to the heater core 30 by using the power element and a heating element.
