1. A vehicle operation device, comprising:
a vibration sensing unit configured to sense vibration or rotation of a vehicle to generate vibration data; a gesture sensing unit configured to sense a user's hand to generate image data; a gesture recognition unit configured to analyze the image data to recognize a gesture and selectively compensate for the recognized gesture depending on the vibration data; and a control unit configured to perform a control operation corresponding to the gesture. |
