<p>Provided is a connector that can securely hold in a state where a pressing member is moved upward. A pressing member (30) is held at a prescribed upper position by having a pressure contact part (33a) of the pressing member (30) be in pressure contact in a guide part (16) of a connector main body (10) so as to be freely slidable in the vertical direction. Therefore, the pressing member (30) does not move downward by its own weight or vibration, and the pressing member (30) can be securely held in the upper position. Thus, the pressing member (30) can be stabilized by an adsorption pad and adsorption carried out; therefore, the pressing member (30) can be mounted on a substrate (2) in the state of having been moved to the upper position such that a flexible circuit (1) can be inserted. Therefore, an operation that raises the pressing member (30) after mounting on the substrate is not needed, and workability during the connection of a flexible circuit (1) can be improved.</p> |
