When battery temperature adjustment is performed before the start of execution of full-charge control (S120), the charger is controlled so that a battery charge rate SOC is within a range from a threshold Sref1 to a threshold Sref2 (a charge rate range in which a change in the charge rate SOC relative to a change in the open voltage OCV is large) (S140). Then, the charger and a temperature adjuster are stopped when the battery temperature adjustment is terminated (S150), and the pre-start open voltage OCV1 is detected thereafter (S170).</p>
