The present invention avoids contaminating a workspace by splashing waste fluid and the like. A fluid delivery system for delivering a fluid from one container to another container, and having a delivery channel which connects the one container and the other container, and a delivery pump which delivers the fluid to the inside of the delivery channel by compressive deformation of the inner diameter along the delivery channel, the fluid delivery system being characterized in that a part of the delivery channel has an elastic structure capable of compressive deformation by the delivery pump, and in that the delivery channel is a closed system which separates the fluid flowing through the interior thereof from the outside. As a result, it is possible to prevent the splashing of waste fluid onto a workspace and the like when treating waste fluid, because the delivery pump is not directly connected to the delivery tube or the waste-fluid container, and is merely in contact therewith.
