This invention provides an automated analyzer that has a built-in printer. The front wall (102) of a housing that contains sample discs (110), reagent discs (120), reaction discs, a sample pipetting mechanism, and a reagent pipetting mechanism is positioned behind the front edge (101) of the top of said housing, and a printer (200) and a paper receptacle (210) are provided in said front wall, making it possible to prevent contamination of printed paper from the printer, improving usability. The front edge of the top of the housing, which protrudes past the aforementioned front wall, functions as an overhang, preventing spilled samples or reagents from the top of the housing from getting on the printer or printer paper. |
