The present invention relates to a novel genus Nitrobacter (Nitrobacter sp. bio-2) capable of excellently digesting organic matter and growing fast, and a method and a system for purifying the high concentration of livestock wastewater using the same and, more specifically, to a system treating the high concentration of wastewater and livestock wastewater without using chemicals, a united apparatus of an apparatus for reducing sludge and producing a liquefied fertilizer using livestock excretions and a discharging treatment system, and a method for treating the wastewater using the system and the apparatus. |
