PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism cultivation sheet with mount capable of suppressing paper jam on a sheet transportation pathway in a scanner, when a user charges sheets to the scanner with a mount for fixing the microorganism cultivation sheet, so as to create image by certain scanning.SOLUTION: The above mentioned problem may be solved by the following features. A microorganism cultivation sheet with mount 10 comprises: a mount 5; microorganism cultivation sheet 4 on the mount 5; and a holder 6. The microorganism cultivation sheet 4 comprises at least a substrate sheet 1 and a cultivation layer 2 formed on the substrate sheet 1. The holder 6 sandwiches an end part in a region in which the cultivation layer 2 is not formed in the microorganism cultivation sheet 4 together with the mount 5. The total thickness of thickness of the mount 5 and thickness of the holder 6 is less than the total thickness of the mount 5 and the thickness of the microorganism cultivation sheet 4.
