The present invention relates to a phenyl carboxylic acid capping polyoxyalkylene and to a manufacturing method for an optical polycarbonate copolymer using the same. The present invention provides a phenyl carboxylic acid capping polyoxyalkylene capable of being used as an impact modifier, a modifier or a comonomer and a polycarbonate copolymer with excellent optical properties by a simple method. To this end, the present invention provides the phenyl carboxylic acid capping polyoxyalkylene in which both terminal ends of a block copolymer represented by chemical formula 1 are capped with phenyl carboxylic acids. |
