<p>The present invention relates to a forward vehicle following device and a forward vehicle following method, wherein the forward vehicle following method comprises the steps of: attempting to communicate with a forward vehicle; calculating a forward vehicle angle by receiving a forward vehicle speed through visible light communication when connected to the forward vehicle; measuring a vehicle-to-vehicle distance to the forward vehicle; controlling at least one of a throttle, a brake, and a steering wheel based on at least one of the vehicle-to-vehicle distance, the forward vehicle speed, the calculated forward vehicle angle, and a vehicle moving distance; and finishing an operation when obtaining a brake input and a steering wheel control input from a user.</p> |
