<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mismatch detection circuit capable of uniquely detecting reflection coefficient while avoiding increase of circuit size and power consumption.SOLUTION: A transmission line (106) connecting power amplifier (102) and a load (104) therebetween includes first (108), second (110), and third (112) detection points. In the mismatch detection circuit, an arithmetic processing circuit (130) calculates a reflection coefficient of a load connected to a transmission line based on a phase difference of a high frequency signal between the first detection point and the second detection point and a phase difference of a high frequency signal between the first detection point and the third detection point.</p> |
