<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage user's schedule and a registration tendency in schedule registration for every user and attribute of the schedule. <P>SOLUTION: A detection result acquisition section 84 acquires a detection result of a sensor 52 for detecting consumption power of a personal computer. An information acquisition section 80 acquires a user ID and an attribute and period of a schedule determined by a user. Then, a calculation section 82 determines an absence period of the user on the basis of a method for determining an absence period of a user that is stored in a determination method DB 52 and the detection result of the sensor, and calculates a tolerance between the absence period of the user and the period of the schedule.
