<p>Provided is a solar cell module wherein an increase of a leak current due to wetting of an upper surface of a glass substrate can be suppressed. Specifically, for instance, an insulating coating material (PB) is formed in an outer edge region (ER) of an upper surface of a glass substrate (GS), and on the premise that the insulating coating material (PB) is in contact with a conductor frame (FM), a surface of the insulating coating material (PB) is configured to have water-repellent characteristics. Consequently, even if there is a high potential difference between the conductor frame (FM) and a solar cell (SC) in a solar cell module (PVM), a leak current flowing between the conductor frame (FM) and the solar cell (SC) can be suppressed.</p> |
