摘要 [Problem] To provide: a ferrite sintered body and a ferrite core which exhibit high magnetic permeability; and a coil component obtained by winding a metal wire around the ferrite core. [Solution] A ferrite sintered body which comprises Ni-Zn-based ferrite grains and a grain boundary and in which Ti is distributed mainly in the outer regions of the grains, each outer region being a region spreading from the interface of each grain to an extent of 20% of the major axis of the grain. Further, the ferrite sintered body contains Fe, Zn, Ni, Cu and Ti. When taking the sum total of Fe, Zn, Ni, and Cu in terms of oxides as 100mol%: the content of Fe in terms of Fe2O3 is 48 to 50mol%; the content of Zn in terms of ZnO is 29 to 31mol%; the content of Ni in terms of NiO is 14 to 16mol%; and the content of Cu in terms of CuO is 5 to 7mol%. Further, the content of Ti in terms of TiO2 is 0.05 to 0.30mass% relative to 100mass% of the sum total of Fe, Zn, Ni and Cu in terms of oxides.
