<p>PURPOSE: A UV-curable coating composition is provided to ensure high scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, mar resistance, chemical resistance, UV resistance, external durability and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A UV-curable coating composition comprises a first aliphatic urethane acrylate resin and a second aliphatic urethane acrylate resin. The first aliphatic urethane acrylate resin is formed by reacting an aliphatic polyisocyanate component and an alcohol component. The aliphatic polyisocyanate component comprises iminooxadiazine dione, isocyanurate, uretdione, allophanate, biuret or oxadiazine trione group. The alcohol component comprises at least one monobasic hydroxyl functional linear or branched alkyl ester of (meth)acrylic acid. The second aliphatic urethane acrylate resin is formed by reacting polyfunctional acrylate with aliphatic urethane based on a polymer of alkyl carbomonocycle diisocyanate.</p> |
