The present invention relates to a structure of a horizontal structure frame for forming a wide girder, and comprises: a double girder member (21) having one pair of shape steel members (22) facing to each other and arranged at a predetermined interval from each other to form an internal space (S) in which a permanent column (10) can be placed; a bracket member (30) connected to a steel frame vertical member (70) provided for supporting the double girder member (21) and transmitting the load of the shaped steel member (22) to the steel frame vertical member (70); and a plurality of beam members (23) coupled to the double girder member (21) perpendicularly with respect to the longitudinal direction of the double girder member (21). The double girder member (21) further includes a reinforced concrete part (51) provided in the internal space (S) between the one pair of shape steel members (22). The steel frame vertical member (70) is positioned in the internal space (S) of the double girder member (21), and the bracket member (30) includes a connection steel frame (33) for integrally connecting the steel frame vertical member (70) and the shape steel members (22), wherein a reinforcement member (33a) in an inverse-T shape is further provided to the bottom surface of the connection steel frame (33) to reinforce the bending rigidity.
