The present invention relates to a tax refund process operating method to pay for a product with an amount of money which has a discount of a refund amount by a post duty-free policy for foreigner tourists. The tax refund process operating method of the present invention performs a tax refund process by following steps in which: a post duty-free shop terminal transmits sales information including a customer identification means to a tax refund management server if a user requests a payment for a product through the post duty-free shop terminal; the tax refund management server performs a matching by comparing the customer identification means with a customer identification means stored in the tax refund management server; the tax refund management server generates and stores refund information when the matching is completed; a user pays a discounted amount by calculating a product price except a refund amount after transmitting the refund information to the post duty-free shop terminal and a customs terminal; payment information is transmitted to the tax refund management server; a tax refund process is performed by confirming a carrying-out by generating an electronic carrying-out number and transmitting the number to the tax refund management server in the customs terminal if the user finishes a customs clearance procedure after requesting a transmission of the product which finishes a payment to a freight management server. The tax refund operating method of the present invention is able to improve the working efficiency of a store, enable the convenient payment of foreigner tourists, and improve the reliability of a refund procedure since a user is able to purchase a product at a price, in which a tax refund amount is reflected, without having a separate procedure for a tax refund. |
