摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a rotator. The rotator is able to continuously rotate without a torque ripple as two parts alternately and slightly move a clutch bearing rotated in one direction at high speed by being connected to a lever to increase a rotary force required for the rotation of the rotator. The rotator has no slip of even 0 degree in a direction in which the clutch bearing is clutched by a composition for increasing output power by a great deceleration and can rotate like a normal bearing in the opposite direction. The rotator is able to obtain a large reduction ratio if the position of the output hole of the output ring of a motor is arranged to be close to an axis even though the lever has a small and light volume and has a short length. As a means to solve a problem in which a speed becomes slow while power becomes greater if the output speed of a motor is reduced when using a strong spring, speed and power are compensated by rotating another shaft at a fast speed by using an inertia ring and a lever as soon as the spring is slowly pulled and released by having a protrusion part in a decelerated shaft. The present invention forms a lever part with a spring having two strings in a U-shape in order to wind the spring in a snail shape using great power and thereby is able to operate acceleration and deceleration by playing a role like a lever.</p>
