The present invention relates to a flow-electrode capacitive desalination apparatus. The present invention conveniently solves problems of the conventional capacitive desalination apparatus which has restrictions in the desalination treatment efficiency according to the contact surface area between an ion exchange membrane and saline water in the CDI desalination technology field by preparing various shapes of micro fluid paths on a cation and an anion exchange membrane installed between a rectangular anode and cathode current collector, which maximize the contact surface area to the saline water. According to the present invention, the flow-electrode capacitive desalination apparatus can remarkably improve the desalination treatment efficiency, and fundamentally prevent corrosion of a metallic electrode current collector due to desalinated ions.
