PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch the lighting state of a lighting device more finely according to various usage scenes of the lighting device. ! SOLUTION: A lighting device 100 includes: a surface light source 10; and multiple contact detection parts (for example, detection switches 30) provided at the surface light source 10. Each of the multiple contact detection parts detects whether or not the surface light source 10 contacts with an object. The lighting device 100 is formed so as to switch the lighting state of the surface light source 10 according to combinations of detection results of the multiple contact detection parts. !
