<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ankle-protecting tool which can mitigate the numbness and arthrodynia of an ankle, when sitting straight. <P>SOLUTION: This ankle-protecting tool connects a strap material 120 passing on the rear side of a leg and a strap material 130 passing on the lower side of the leg to a buffering or elastic soft member 110 contacting with the surface portion of the leg in its range from the outside cuneiform bone of a tarsus to a tarsal sinus through a cuboid bone and to a strap material 130 passing on the lower side of the leg, and mounting the ankle-protecting tool on the leg with the tensions of the strap materials to press-contact the soft member to the surface portion of the leg. This ankle-protecting tool connects a buffering or elastic soft member 310 contacting with the surface portion of a leg in its range from the outside cuneiform bone of a tarsus to a tarsal sinus through a cuboid bone with a cover 340 formed of a stretchable elastic material to cover an ankle joint portion, and press-contacting the soft member with the surface portion of the leg by the elastic force of the cover, when the cover is mounted on the ankle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
