<p>The Exercise Band Resistance System provides for an improved exercise resistance system to perform numerous total body exercises. An adjustable length elastic resistance cord may be combined with weights in order to vary the means of creating resistance during exercise. The length of the elastic resistance cord may be adjusted by means of a slip free, length quick adjustment device. The exercise band may be passed through the length quick adjustment device, which may be secured at any point along the length of the band, to change its effective usable length and thus change the level of strength, and range of motion. One end of the exercise band is attached to the hand. The other end of the band is secured to any anchor structure, including the foot.</p> |
