The present invention relates to a resist stripping solution composition for manufacturing a flat panel display, including (a) N,N-diethyl acetoacetamide; (b) a basic compound; (c) and a polar organic solvent. Also, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a flat panel display, comprising a step of stripping the resist on the substrate used for the flat panel display by using the resist stripping solution composition.
