PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding system which can achieve high productivity by using a direct injection molding method in forming a sheet-like insert member and a molding material into a composite.SOLUTION: A molding system 10 is for producing a molding Q by molding a sheet-like insert member S and a molding material R integrally and includes a sheet supply portion 20 which is arranged around a specified reference position P and supplies the insert member S, a sheet heating portion 30 for heating the insert member S, a molding apparatus 100 which forms the molding Q by molding the insert member S and the molding material R integrally, a take-out machine 200 which has a transfer position 222 formed around the reference position P, carries the insert member S between the sheet heating portion 30 and the molding apparatus 100, takes out the molding Q from the molding apparatus 100, and carries it, and a carrier robot 500 which is provided at the reference position P and carries the insert member S or the molding Q between the sheet supply portion 20 and the take-out machine 200. |
