Disclosed is an apparatus to remove a non-point pollutant source which uses power and is applied to a bridge having a solar cell or an electric equipment installed thereon. The apparatus to remove the non-point pollutant source is installed in a manhole disposed on one side of the bridge and the lower part of the manhole to filter raw water supplied from an inlet pipe, and the raw water is discharged through a clear water pipe to the lower part of the bridge. The apparatus comprises: a precipitation box having the lower part of the inlet pipe installed and fixated thereon, and a predetermined space formed therein to contain the discharged raw water; a filtering unit arranged on one side of the upper part of the precipitation box, includes a filtering layer, and has a porous plate on the lower end thereof; a back washing water tank formed between the clear water pipes on the upper part of the filtering unit; and a clogging prevention device including a motor-operated washing cylinder stroke-moving a washing brush to wash the porous plate on the lower end of the filtering unit. According to the present invention, the apparatus is capable of preventing the lower end of the filtering unit from being clogged since the motor-operated cylinder moves the washing brush by a predetermined stroke when water pressure is generated, increasing filtering efficiency, and extending the service life of the filtering layer using a timer in a control unit to operate an air blower to remove the sludge inside from a filtering layer. |
