<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical method capable of predicting recurrence of stomach cancer simply and accurately.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a step of determining that a stomach cancer sample is positive when a result of measurement amount regarding an amount of labeled fragments of marker genes at positions, where probes for detecting five types of marker genes consisting of CEA, TFF1, FABP1, CK20, and MUC2 are fixed, exceeds a first threshold value while using a measurement amount of labeled fragments measured at a position where a negative control probe is fixed as a reference.</p> |
