The present invention relates to a system for injecting a functional solution for a fabric and a method for manufacturing a fabric using the same, wherein the system comprises: a first supply unit having a supply roll around which a fabric is wound; a second supply unit including a tank which mixes solvents with functional materials for heat insulation, waterproofing, anti-fouling, antibacterial, and flame retardant functions to prepare a functional solution and a distributor for discharging the functional solution stored in the tank; an injection unit including a needle for injecting the functional solution supplied from the distributor into the fabric transferred from the first supply unit; a drying unit including a hot-air machine or blower for discharging hot air having a higher temperature than the boiling point of the solvent in order to evaporate the solvent from the fabric which have passed through the injection unit; and a collection unit including a collection roll for winding the fabric again which have passed through the drying unit, and thus, the needle of the injection unit, which is installed to be able to reciprocate, is directly inserted into the fabric, and then the functional solution is injected, and the injection manner is novel and completely different from a conventional manner in which the solution is absorbed from an external surface of the fabric to an inside of the fabric. |
