PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a time when a user visits a point and a sequential order over a stamp rally, while facilitating the user to participate the stamp rally, by stamping a sheet as in a conventional way.SOLUTION: A stamp pad 3 installed in each base of a stamp rally reads a user ID from a bar code printed on a stamp rally sheet 1 or RFID included in the stamp rally sheet 1 when a user seals the stamp rally sheet 1 with a stamp 5, and transmits the user ID that has been read and an own stamp pad ID to a stamp rally server 9. The stamp rally server 9 writes an access log obtained by associating the received user ID and the stamp pad ID with a stamping time based on the receiving time of these information in a database included in the server itself.
