Provided are: an interparticle spacing material comprising a nucleic acid structure, which includes a nucleic acid lattice having a double helix domain, and one or more metal particles connected in divergent directions to be tilted with respect to a surface constituting the shaft of the double helix domain; a method for producing the interparticle spacing material; a method for adjusting an interparticle spacing material using the interparticle spacing material; and a method for detecting a target material.
