<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to more easily clean the inside of a micro flow channel with damage to the flow channel being suppressed.SOLUTION: In the cleaning process of step S102, which is just after measurement, a micro flow channel is filled with measurement solution containing a biological sample to be analyzed. Cleaning fluid is introduced from one end of the micro flow channel under such a state and the measurement solution is sucked from the other end of the micro flow channel. Then, the measurement solution in the flow channel is discharged therefrom and replaced by the cleaning fluid, enabling the cleaning fluid to clean the inside of the flow channel.</p> |
