PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt wrapper capable of stably taking up a belt-like body at a high speed, a take-up method of the belt-like body which uses the belt wrapper, and an electric tin plating line including the belt wrapper.SOLUTION: A belt wrapper 10 includes an auxiliary pulley 11a, which is disposed at the downstream side in a rotation direction of a tension reel 16 relative to an arm pully 11b, as one of multiple guide pulleys 11a to 11g. An arm 13 includes: an arm body 13a which supports the arm pulley 11b at its tip portion; a swing arm 13b which is connected with the tip portion of the arm body 13a and swingably and rotatably supports the auxiliary pulley 11a; and pressing means 13c which presses the auxiliary pulley 11a toward a peripheral surface of the tension reel 16.
