A ship equipped with a power generating system comprises: a blowout preventor (BOP) installed at the warm-heartedness of the marine underwater; a power generation member installed in the BOP to generate electrical energy by the pressure to be applied to the BOP; and an electricity storage device installed at the hull of the ship and electrically connected with the power generation member to receive and store the electrical energy which is generated by the power generation member.
