CEMENTLESS CONCRETE COMPOSITION WITH LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE USING BOTTOM ASH AS COARSE AGGREGATE

Provided is an artificial lightweight aggregate non-cement concrete composition using a bottom ash as a coarse aggregate which can prevent cracks on concrete generated by expansive pressure according to corrosion of magnetic bottom ash by removing the magnetic bottom ash having a size of 5 mm or greater among wet bottom ash buried in a thermoelectric power plant. Also, the artificial lightweight aggregate non-cement concrete composition using the bottom ash as the coarse aggregate uses the bottom ash, in which magnetic ones having the size of 5 mm or greater are removed using a magnet, as the coarse aggregate; and can obtain strength and workability by mixing an appropriate ratio of fly ash, blast furnace slag fine powder, sodium silicate, and alkaline inorganic materials without using cement as a binder, thereby inducing polymerization by activation.
