PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-shaped humidification element obtained reasonably from a double raschel knitted material without producing any punching debris.SOLUTION: A double raschel knitted material, which comprises a front knitted fabric 1, a back knitted fabric 2, and connecting threads 3 for connecting the front knitted fabric 1 and the back knitted fabric 2, is obtained. The connecting threads 3 are knitted into respective stitches of the front knitted fabric 1 and the back knitted fabric 2 to connect the front knitted fabric 1 and the back knitted fabric 2. The connecting threads 3 are clustered while being bent in a circular arc-shaped form in a longitudinal direction of the double raschel knitted material. The double raschel knitted material is cut in the longitudinal direction to provide a width of 1 cm so that a double raschel knitted material band is obtained. The double raschel knitted material band is wound in a spiral form to provide a disk-shaped configuration so that a humidification element is provided. The air is allowed to pass in a front-back direction of the disk-shaped humidification element. That is, the air is allowed to pass in parallel to the front knitted fabric 1 and the back knitted fabric 2 so that the humidification element is available. |
