PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for calculosis for reducing risk of damage to a surrounding biological tissue when occluding an anatomical lumen or removing a calculus (biological calculus such as a urinary stone, a pancreatic calculus, and a bile duct stone) which may exist in the lumen.SOLUTION: A lumen in a distal position is occluded for a calculus using a polymer plug, thereby preventing a calculus fragment generated in lithotripsy from moving to the upper part of the lumen. Two kinds of solutions are injected near the calculus using a double lumen catheter, and the polymer plug is formed by the mixing of the solutions. |
