A circuit includes a power-on control circuit and a voltage generating circuit. The power-on control circuit is configured to cause a power-on control signal to follow a voltage level of a first supply voltage during a first time period that a voltage level of a second supply voltage is less than a threshold value, and to set the power-on control signal to have a voltage level of a reference voltage during a second time period that the voltage level of the second supply voltage is greater than the threshold value. The voltage generating circuit is configured to generate a voltage signal responsive to the power-on control signal. |

1. A circuit, comprising:
a first supply voltage node configured to carry a first supply voltage; a second supply voltage node configured to carry a second supply voltage; a reference node configured to carry a reference voltage; and a power-on control circuit comprising a buffer having an input node and a power node, the input node being coupled with the second supply voltage node, the power node being coupled with the first supply voltage node, and the power-on control circuit being configured to:
cause a power-on control signal to follow a voltage level of the first supply voltage during a first time period that a voltage level of the second supply voltage is less than a threshold value; andset the power-on control signal to have a voltage level of the reference voltage during a second time period that the voltage level of the second supply voltage is greater than the threshold value; and a voltage generating circuit configured to generate a voltage signal responsive to the power-on control signal, the voltage signal having a voltage level between the voltage level of the first supply voltage and the voltage level of the reference voltage during the second time period. |
