<p>An apparatus for growing a single crystal ingot according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a chamber; a crucible arranged inside the chamber and accommodating melt that is a raw material for growing a single crystal; a seed connection part placed above the crucible and having a seed crystal fixed thereto; an observation part for observing the flow of the melt inside the crucible and detecting the position information of convection points on the surface of the melt on the basis of the result of observation; and a control part for adjusting the inclination of the crucible on the basis of the position information of the convection points on the surface of the melt.</p> |
