An outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a frame (1), and a compressor, an aluminum condenser (3), and a partitioning plate (4) that are received inside the frame (1). The aluminum condenser (3) is bent to form an L shape, at least one first bracket (51a, 51b) is formed on a coil (7a) at one side of the aluminum condenser, and at least one second bracket (52a, 52b) is formed on a coil (7b) at the other side; the at least one first bracket (51a, 51b) is connected to the frame (1) by at least one first carrying part (61a, 61b), and the at least one second bracket (52a, 52b) is connected to the frame (1) and the partitioning plate (4) by at least one second carrying part (62a, 62b). The outdoor unit of the air conditioner can prevent the aluminum condenser (3) from undergoing chemical reaction as the aluminum condenser directly contacts other components, thereby improving the universality of the brackets on the coils (7a, 7b) at two sides of the aluminum condenser (3), making it easy to bend the aluminum condenser (3) without the obstruction of the protruding structure of the brackets, improving the mounting stability of the aluminum condenser (3), and effectively alleviating the side effect caused due to vibration between the components.
